One of our customers produces a chemical product which is scraped off the chilled roller as a very fine powder, every revolution of the roll which contains about 8.000 liters of water.
At certaine spots, however, they were getting flakes as inside the roll apparently scale had been built up.
By starting to use BIO SURE®SG since early 2006 the scale came loose and could be filtered out so that the production process and product quality were improved. Also, there was quite some rust that came out.
BIO SURE®SG is also used in heat exchangers, cooling systems of plastic injection moulding and extrusion machines, air conditioning systems, cooling towers, etc.
