To comply with highest hygienic standards, all Geppert stainless steel conveyors are equipped with CleanTec. Along with many years of experience in this field of application, the thorough exchange of ideas with customers demanding perfect solutions for “clean” production was a key factor for this successful redesign.
The CleanTec adjustment mechanisms on both driving and deflecting roller, effectively prevent any accumulation of dirt because all moving parts are well covered inside -the structure. Therefore the conveyors can be cleaned very easily and are extremely robust.
In addition -, the conveyors can be equipped with the CleanTec flip-up-roller. With a flick of the wrist the deflecting roller can be flipped upwards. After which the belt lies loosely on the frame and everything can be cleaned at ease. Upon special request the support can be design in such a way, that the belt can even be removed completely within seconds. The same applies for the reinstallation.
