New DOL 25 capacitive proximity sensors with a unique defense system
SKOV A/S now launch a new, complete series of capacitive proximity sensors. The DOL 25 series is based on a new microcomputer technology which ensures reliable detection operations in any environment.
The DOL 25 series covers all requirements concerning housing and electrical and functional qualities, making it possible to meet virtually any requirement for detection.
The capacitive proximity sensors excel in being 100 % temperature-stable and extremely immune to high frequency irradiation. This has been accomplished by means of an advanced circuit design and a new microcomputer platform, which forms the basis of all DOL 25 sensors. In fact, the DOL 25 series has its own integrated ”missile defence” against any attack from the outside.
The flexible set-up allows the sensors to be combined in many ways to make up a wide range of variants, allowing you to get the exact function required. Among the many functionalities you find Active Temperature Compensation, Dual Sensing, built-in Max Run Timer and a Switch Capacitor detection principle, together making the sensor much better than required by the EMC directive. All DOL 25 sensors are CE and C-UL approved and meet the ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
Capacitive proximity sensors are designed for detection of bulk materials and solids and are typically used as empty, full and level indicators in tanks, silos and containers.
