Web Yard accompanies the entire vehicle dispatch process within a plant:
- Plant entrance: drivers register at self-service terminals using RFID or QR code and gain access to the plant premises. Safety instructions can also be handled digitally.
- Weighing & loading: After the initial weighing, the driver is directed to the correct loading or unloading terminal. The automated loading process starts with a new identification via RFID or QR code.
- Factory exit: Before leaving the factory, the vehicle is weighed again to calculate the load quantity. Web Yard® then creates the digital delivery note, which is transferred directly to your ERP system.
