SOLIDLY CONNECTED We are a medium-sized company which deals with the manufacture and the worldwide sales of modular pipeline and distribution systems for aspiration and bulk material lines. Our product range includes a standard range of pipes, mouldings and distribution systems with diameters of 80 to 710 mm made from 1 - 3 mm mild steel (powder coated or galvanized) and 1 - 2 mm stainless steel as well as associated connection components.

Wear protection increases wear resistance and thus prolongs the service life of piping components. When conveying hard and abrasive bulk materials as sand, gravel, grain or sugar pipelines are subject to high wear. As a result, expensive repairs, downtime and stoppages can occur, causing significant damage. To prevent this and increase the efficiency of industrial plants, we offer our 2 mm piping components with a wear protection lining of Kryptane® Red. Due to our modular system, piping components can be exchanged or replaced without any problems. Wear protection liners consist of special polyurethane plates fixed to the inner walls of the piping components. The material is based on a polyether with extremely high elasticity and tear resistance. Positive properties are also suitability for food use and resistance against acids and alkalis in low concentrations. We supply lined piping with lips for clamping ring connections (DN 150 - 400) or with loose and welded flanges for flange connections (DN 150 - 500).
