Rotary Level Indicators - RG4 Series High Temp Version Now Available
RG4 High Temp Level Sensor (+200°C) is ATEX Zone 20/21 approved, easy to install, versatile, and ensures safety in explosive dust environments. The RG Series Level Sensors have been designed to indicate the presence or absence of bulk materials such as grains, pellets, chemicals, wood chips and other powders. The detection of material is achieved by a rotating paddle. If material impedes the rotation of the paddle, the motor topples of its axis and triggers an alarm. The RG Series has a variety of compatible paddles which offer the ability to detect a wide range of products. Specifications * Operating Temp +200°C. * ATEX approved for Zone 20/21 * Easy to install. Specific tools or settings are not required. * Extremely versatile. * Provides the highest standard of safety in the presence of potentially explosive dusts/powders. * Probe can be adapted to the material monitored thanks to the wide range of paddles available. Visit the 4B website for more information on the RG4 High Temp Level Sensor.

4B IE-GuardFlex with DHMS – Distributed Hazard Monitoring Solution
4B Group’s new IE-GuardFlex for DHMS uses advanced Ethernet to connect and monitor sensors across machines, initiating shutdowns when risks are detected. 4B Group proudly announces the launch of their Distributed Hazard Monitoring Solution (DHMS) featuring the IE-GuardFlex. Leveraging advanced industrial Ethernet technology, the IE-GuardFlex control unit seamlessly connects and monitors sensors across multiple machines using 4B’s state-of-the-art IE-Node technology. This robust system can be configured for multiple machines, IE-Nodes, and sensors, directly interfacing with machine control centres to initiate shutdowns upon detecting potential risks. Ideal for central control rooms and ”non-hazardous areas,” the IE-GuardFlex connects to IE-Nodes in ”at-risk zones” via industrial CAT6 Ethernet cables. Monitored machinery includes bucket elevators, enclosed and open conveyors, chain conveyors, rollers, and more. ATEX-certified sensors connected to local IE-Nodes monitor critical conditions like belt slip (SlipSwitch, Milli-Speed), belt misalignment (TouchSwitch, Bulldog), bearing temperatures (ADB, Milli-Temp),

Now available - WDA4 Motion Alignment Sensor The WDA4 is a non-contacting high-power, extended range magnetic proximity sensor, for alignment and motion detection on bucket elevators and conveyors
Now available - WDA4 Motion Alignment Sensor
The WDA4 is a non-contacting high-power, extended range magnetic proximity sensor, for alignment and motion detection on bucket elevators and conveyors 4B have just launched the upgraded version of the WDA, the WDA4, now with the ability to reverse the state of the continuous output (normally energised or normally de-energised). This sensor is a great choice for measuring speed and alignment on bucket elevators and on other applications such as using the WDA switch as broken/slack chain detector on drag chain conveyors or as a non-contact speed switch for screw conveyors. The WDA4 supersedes the WDA3 – meaning that the WDA3 is no longer ATEX approved. The WDA4 complies with the latest ATEX and IECEx certification but is not currently CSA approved. The WDA4 is a non-contacting high-power, extended range magnetic proximity sensor, not affected by dust or material build up, used to detect moving ferrous material up to 75mm away from the sensor. The sensor is designed for use with bucket elevators to detect the buckets in order to measure speed and alignment. It can also detect screw conveyor flights, and ferrous

4B expands ”Milli”- range of ATEX approved sensors
4B Group expand their ATEX approved “Milli” range with thethe Milli-Vib and Milli-Con vibration sensors, both suitable for heavy duty industrial applications. 4B Group expand their ATEX approved “Milli” range with the introduction of the Milli-Vib and Milli-Con vibration sensors. Both are designed for heavy duty industrial applications for measurement of vibration (Milli-Vib) and combined vibration / temperature (Milli-Con). Like other sensors in the “Milli” range, the Milli-Vib and Milli-Con carry approvals for the highest levels of dust hazard protection to international standards (ATEX, IECEx & Class II Div 1). Made from robust stainless steel, the sensors are suited to the harshest environments and provide additional insight into the performance and condition of machines and individual mechatronic and mechanical components, such as bearings, motors, gearboxes, etc. With 4-20mA loop powered output equating to two sensing range options 0-25mm/s or 0-50mm/s velocity, the Milli-Vib is suited to most vibration sensing applications. Additionally, the Milli-Con incorporates surface temperature monitoring using

USR Universal Speed Relay Universal speed relay for all speed monitoring applications; offering intuitive user configuration using control buttons and LCD display, as well as relay and solid state outputs with individual speed range monitoring.
USR Universal Speed Relay
Universal speed relay for all speed monitoring applications; offering intuitive user configuration using control buttons and LCD display, as well as relay and solid state outputs with individual speed range monitoring. 4B’s USR Speed Relay is a microprocessor controlled digital speed monitor for use with 2, 3, 4 wire NPN/PNP sensors, 4B’s WDA range of sensors or contact sensor inputs, with a user programmable electro-mechanical relay and PhotoMOS Solid State Relay (SSR) outputs. The Speed Relay has a 160x80 pixel LCD display to provide information, and 3 front panel buttons to program settings. The USR Speed Relay reads input pulses and displays the calculated pulse frequency in a range of selectable units. The user can set the Electromechanical Relay and PhotoMOS Solid State Relay outputs independently, with their own thresholds and output behaviors, and have the Alarm LED indicate the state of one of the outputs. The Electromechanical Relay can be set to trigger when the input speed is outside the chosen range. The PhotoMOS Solid State Relay can provide a trigger output or can be configured to provide a pulsed output that matches the input pulse frequency. One LED (Input LED)
