New filter cleaning system by IMI Buschjost
Official launch at Powtech
Right on time for this year’s Powtech, IMI Precision Engineering, a leading supplier in the field of drive and fluid technology, is presenting its newest development in the filter technology sector: the Flex-on® filter cleaning system 85870 by IMI Buschjost. The system will be officially introduced between 9th and 11th April at stand 4-106 in hall 4. Experts will give advice to interested visitors and answer all questions about the system’s advantages and individual usage possibilities. The group of companies will also be exhibiting dust collector valves, controllers and standard combination units, thereby giving an insight into its tried-and-tested product portfolio.
The new 85870 Flex-on® filter cleaning system takes centre stage of the company’s fair presentation. In keeping with the trade fair motto, “For your safety – even under pressure”, IMI Precision Engineering developed a system that is PED and EN 13445 compliant and therefore safe to use from its first commissioning. Flex-on® represents a modular system adapted to the individual requirements of its users. It stands for reliable and high-quality components from valve to tank as well as for efficient cleaning processes with reduced compressed air consumption.
Visitors to the stand will also be able to gain insights into the broad IMI Buschjost dust collector valve portfolio, which offers numerous advantages to its users: The high-quality valves stand out thanks to their long service life and maintenance intervals. They withstand high operating pressures and are particularly efficient due to their extremely quick opening and closing times. Differential pressure regulators and valve controllers, which reliably detect the degree of a system’s contamination and give corresponding signals for cleaning, complement the exhibit.
The product presentation is rounded off by Excelon® Plus standard combination units from IMI Norgren. Suitable for numerous industrial applications, Excelon® Plus is characterized by its very high performance, minimal weight and compact design. Users can easily integrate the components into existing installations, from both stand-alone units to modular assemblies.
