The answer to stationary existing plants - the flexible and powerful concrete mixing plant VARIOMIX® 2500 CM 400V made by SBM.

Flexible Economic Miracle - VARIOMIX 2500 CM 400 V

The container-mobile series of mixing plants type SBM VARIOMIX® offers many advantages already convincing the market. This achiever combines the characteristics of a stationary plant and the flexibility of a mobile concrete mixing plant.

Flexibility and adaptability of VARIOMIX® offer a maximum of possibilities to the customers. High profitability and low investment risk complete the impressive powerful package.

How the Specialist Decided

As a profitable new investment VARIOMIX® is the answer to existing stationary plants. The company CEMEX, one of the biggest producers of cement and concrete all over the world , has also decided to buy VARIOMIX®. This global concrete leader is currently exchanging its old tower mixing plant in Wilfersdorf/Austria for a VARIOMIX® 2500 CM 400V, which results in unbeatable advantages for CEMEX.

The Facts Speak for Themselves

Converting or modernising the existing plant would have been too expensive and thus non-economical; therefore the CEMEX Management chose a flexible solution with higher performance. This semi-mobile innovation made by SBM leaves nothing to be desired as it has a more cost-effective infrastructure and offers in addition the same plant features as stationary plants. ”The high-quality equipment of VARIOMIX® and the popularity of the mixing plant guarantee a high fair value which make it a safe investment as well,“ adds Ing. Gerhard Gschwandtner, Sales Manager of SBM´s business field Concrete Mixing Plants.

Simple Relocation

VARIOMIX® can be relocated to a different place without quality loss and can easily be adapted to the new requirements there due to vertical modules. The ready-for-use modules pre-installed in the works as well as standardised erection ensure swift relocating of the plant. Upon demand, the mixing plant can be expanded by additional modules such as heating or fibre modules.
