Brabender Technologie GmbH & Co. KG from Duisburg, Germany, a traditional POWTECH exhibitor and one of the world"s leading suppliers of gravimetric metering feeders, are presenting three thematically related product groups from their delivery program.
1. The "Brabender Food Line"
The metering feeders from the "Brabender Food Line" have been developed in close cooperation with leading food companies with special regard to all relevant standards, guidelines and recommendations for the food industry (DIN EN 1672-2, EHEDG, FDA, etc.). The product line includes proven Brabender metering feeders in special food grade design, for instance loss-in-weight feeders like the Brabender FlexWall®Plus Feeder with its paddle-massaged flexible hopper, screw feeders with stirring agitators, vibrating tray feeders, plus the sturdy Brabender weigh-belt feeder for high feed rates despite compact dimensions.
2. The "Brabender Hygienic Line"
The "Brabender Hygienic Line" offers loss-in-weight feeders for processes with particularly high demands on hygiene. All feeders are distinguished by preventive measures to avoid contaminations, for instance protective casings with plain stainless steel surfaces, non-porous and ground welding seams without joints, elimination of cavities and hollow spaces, radial edges and corners, FDA approved materials for ingredient-touched parts and gaskets, plus a vast variety of further details.
3. The "Brabender Basic Line"
The new "Brabender Basic Line" groups the absolute bestsellers among the Brabender loss-in-weight feeders in their own product line, which offers customers attractive price and delivery reductions by using a stocking program of standard preassembled feeders with predetermined options. For any customers who require a feeder or option outside of the "Basic Line" Brabender Technologie of course still offers engineered feeders from their extensive program of loss-in-weight feeders. The product line is made up of single screw feeders with flexible hoppers (Brabender FlexWall®Plus Feeders), single screw feeders with stirring agitators and twin screw feeders with stirring agitators. All models are equipped with feeder-mounted control modules that connect to either one of the popular Brabender Congrav® operator interfaces or directly to host/PLC systems.
