Online auction: complete gluten-free flour and dry-mix plant
Nenco Food B.V., gluten-free co-packer in Berkel en Rodenrijs (Netherlands), has been declared bankrupt. On behalf of the trustee and the secured creditor, Auctivo is auctioning the complete plant online in 170 lots.
The auction is open now and closes on Monday 26 October 2026 at 14:00 CET.
Much of the equipment dates from 2022–2024. The plant covers the full process from raw material intake to pallet. The bulk-handling section includes a pneumatic conveying system for Atex zone 22 with Aerzen Delta blowers, MIX A-SELD ATEX filter units and Donaldson Torit dust collectors, three Hosokawa Micron conical mixers of 2,000 kg each, a Hosokawa Alpine UPZ 500 fine mill, Ottevanger hammer mills, Ruberg vortex sieves and TBMA hoppers. Cleaning and sorting is done with a Bühler Sortex H SpectraVision optical sorter and a Bühler destoner.
Downstream, the lots include two Technipes/Ausloos automatic bagging lines for bags up to 25 kg, a Europack robot palletising line, Rovema vertical form-fill-seal machines and a BK Automation robot packing cell. Intralogistics lots include a Lödige goods lift (3,000 kg), Hadef overhead cranes and big-bag unloading stations.
Because the plant ran as a certified gluten-free facility (FSSC 22000), the equipment is of particular interest to producers of gluten-free, organic and allergen-controlled dry products, as well as to millers, blenders and co-packers looking to add capacity without the lead time of new equipment.
Lots are sold individually, and complete line sections are also offered as combination lots, so single machines as well as entire lines can be acquired.
