Ten years ago, Scrapetec International GmbH was officially founded. Yet the success story began a year earlier, when the two founders Wilfried Dünnwald and Thorsten Koth first met: two entrepreneurs with different strengths that complemented each other perfectly. One impressed with technical ingenuity and a wealth of ideas, while the other contributed a strong sales network and a clear vision for international markets.
From this partnership, a company was born that today is recognized worldwide for its highly specialized solutions in conveyor transfer technology. Scrapetec’s products enable dust-free and spillage-free operations – efficient, sustainable, and entirely without additional energy consumption.
Over the years, Scrapetec has built a strong international presence. Close partnerships with companies in Peru, Chile, Brazil, the USA, Europe, and beyond ensure that these innovative systems are now applied in a wide range of industries: from mining and cement production to gypsum plants and power stations.
