New Partner in Austria for HAVER & BOECKER Industrial Wire Screens

With st screening technologies as a new co-operation partner, Haver & Boecker Industrial Wire Screens are expanding their service for Austria.
The Carinthia-based company is your contact for all matters relating to screen classification, specialising in fine and ultra-fine screening. Screen and filter meshes made of stainless steel 1.4401 and 1.4301 with all standard mesh sizes from 0.025 mm to 10 mm in various wire thicknesses are always in stock, as are coarse spring steel meshes in various roll widths. This means that screen frames from all well-known screening machine manufacturers up to 2,900 mm in diameter can be refurbished and rescreened at short notice.
Depending on requirements or technical specifications, industrial screens are bonded - also food-safe with FDA-compliant adhesives or customised for use with ultrasound -, soldered for high-temperature applications or spot-welded in special cases.
The potential of ultrasonic excitation as a discharge aid for various industrial applications is also part of the product portfolio of st screening technologies.

st screening technologies

The products and services of st screening technologies and the expertise of the team led by engineer Martin Walcher are a perfect match for Haver & Boecker’s industrial screening division. Through this new co-operation, customers from the industrial screening sector in Austria and the surrounding area will not only have a contact partner, but also a supplier in their vicinity. This shortens delivery and transport routes and ultimately also makes a small contribution to sustainability and protecting the environment.

On this new website you’ll find that much more than a digital business card of the Oelde-Germany Wire Weaving and Machinery Division has been created. The website is a joint project of both company divisions. ”We are one company and that’s how we present ourselves online - precisely because we offer different and complementary products and solutions and ultimately in many cases address identical target groups. We wish to address this with our new website and at the same time strengthen our common HAVER & BOECKER brand,” says Oliver Settertobulte, Marketing Management Wire Weaving Division. The new website provides a comprehensive overview of the entire company. Virtual Mesh Design at Haver & Boecker The specific properties of a wire cloth can be precisely described and defined geometrically by the type of weave, wire diameter and mesh counts.
Virtual Mesh Design at Haver & Boecker
The specific properties of a wire cloth can be precisely described and defined geometrically by the type of weave, wire diameter and mesh counts. GeoDict software Haver & Boecker uses the GeoDict software to determine in advance the best suited cloth configuration for the particular area of application. By simulating different situations, it is possible to optimize existing wire cloth specifications and develop new ones. 3D-Cloth Model Using specific cloth parameters resulting from the type of weave, aperture width, pitch and wire diameter, Haver & Boecker can depict the structure of single-layer cloths and multiple-layer cloths as a real 3D model. Flow Behaviour Behaviour of the respective cloth or cloth laminate in various fluids such as air, water and fuel as a function of flow velocity or differential pressure. Geometric Pore Size
For the Geometrie Pore a characteristic value is determined that describes the Diameter of a round sphere that is just able to pass through the wire mesh. For the pore size (PG), Haver & Boecker states the value Xmax (= maximum pore size) as reference.

Simplified recording of Sieve Data using Evaluation Software from HAVER & BOECKER
Simplified recording of Sieve Data
using Evaluation Software from HAVER & BOECKER With help of the Data Matrix Code (DMC) and the scanner sieve details can automatically be imported into the sieve file of the CSA (Computerized Sieve Analysis) software. The scanning function enables to create and choose a sieve set. With help of the scanning function you also check if the correct sieves are in the right order for the sieving process Two packages are available: 1. Full Version CSA EXPERT with Scanner, and 2. CSA UPGRADE to EXPERT with manual scanner. The Data Matrix Code may be laser-etched onto existing test sieves that have stainless steel frames. An overview of the advantages of the HAVER CSA with sieve recognition: * Efficient capturing of screen data * Simplified weighing of the test sieves * Definite mapping of the test sieves * Confirming correct sieve order * User-friendly and intuitive user interface

HAVER photo-optical analysis
The HAVER CPA 2-1 laboratory device for the photo-optical analysis of particle size and shape of dry, non-agglomerated loose particles The proven HAVER CPA 2-1 laboratory device for the photo-optical analysis of particle size and shape of dry, non-agglomerated loose particles from HAVER & BOECKER in Oelde, Germany has been revamped to include new technological developments. In addition to the proven strengths of the computer-supported analysis unit (among them low investment costs, GigE camera interface and optimum reproducibility with short measurement times), the measurement range has been expanded and extends from 0.020 to 30 mm. Moreover, because of the improved measurement quality, analyses are now more precise and comprehensive. An important and decisive detail for optimizing the work process and measurement quality of the HAVER CPA 2-1 analysis device is also the continuously developed software. The latest Windows and operating standards with full support for Windows 10 go without saying. Furthermore, offered are many new characteristic value options and optimized features such as automatic
