Integration and renaming of ”Bolder automation GmbH” to
”motan extrusion engineering gmbH” as of June 1st, 2023
Bolder automation GmbH, Limburg, which was acquired in July 2021, was renamed to ”motan extrusion engineering gmbH” as of June 1st, 2023 and fully integrated into the motan Group. This is also accompanied by the integration of the products into the motan portfolio.
Company’s headquarters remain in Limburg
