Several years after installation, Polem’s starch silos were trouble-free and rated as one of the cleanest starch silos ever inspected. A few years ago Polem supplied a starch silo to a cardboard factory in the United Kingdom. This starch is used to make the glue to bond the layers of cardboard. This silo was recently inspected and the inspector’s response was as follows: “Since the installation, no problems have been identified at this silo.
