The requirements for unloading raw materials in bulk trucks are increasing. To respond to this demand, Poeth has developed the new Z-Bulkloader with the following advantages:

The principle is based on the Z-Conveyor chain transport. The Z-Conveyor has really taken off in recent years and is used in a wide variety of industries. Two Z-Conveyors are available to test the most diverse products in Poeth’s test room.
Unloading big-bags and bags dust-free
The big-bag unloading station is equipped with a big-bag outlet hose clamping system, which guarantees a tight connection of the big-bag hose. The optionally integrated bag dust cabin is equipped with extraction and ensures an ergonomic and dust-free discharge of bagged goods. Because one can work almost at floor level, a safe and ergonomic work situation is created. The operator can e.g. don’t fall off a platform.
No unnecessary loss of raw materials
The filter ensures that work can be done dust-free. The extracted dust can be immediately transported back to the bulk truck via the Z-Conveyor. This makes dragging with dust buckets or bags unnecessary. If for whatever reason it is desirable to collect the dust in a bucket, this is of course possible.
Contamination / carry-over
Because the system has virtually no carry-over, it is possible to switch quickly from Product A to Product B without complicated cleaning actions. A test with desired product can be extensively tested for carry-over.
