PowerSampler
With compressed air through thick and thin
Previously bulk goods with a high density could only be sampled by applying great force while taking a long time. The pneumatic sledge hammer of the PowerSampler makes taking such samples child’s play, even from baked sample material at a depth of up to 3 m. It buries itself, just like a compressed air sledge hammer, deep in the sample.
The sample continually flows through the patented chamber lock at the end of the lance while it is being driven in. When the target has been reached the chamber closure seals the collection tube automatically.
The collection lance can be removed from the pneu-matic drive unit with a single action.
The field of application for the PowerSampler is with cement and wet sand as well as flour, plastic granules or other loose bulk goods. Ideal for silo vehicles, mix-ing containers, big-bags in the building materials, chemical, drugs and food and semi-luxury industries.
Depending on the sampling depth the collection lance can be lengthened by extension rods.
The sample chambers have a diameter of 75 mm and are available with capacities of 250 ml, 500 ml and 1000 ml. The sample lance can be sterilized by flam-ing.
