Pelletron Corporation Unveils New Recyclingsystem for regrind, Fakuma Stand
The Patented CCD-Compact Cyclonic DeDusting System
Due to high costs of virgin resins, Plastic Processing Companies use more and more valuable regrind. Pelletron developed a new compact and economical regrind recovery system with extremely high cleaning efficiency. The core element of the system, the DeDuster, removes resin dust, streamers, metal dust, dirt, paper, and other contaminants. The contaminants are separated from the air in a high efficiency cyclone. The removed contaminants will be collected in a dust drum under the cyclone. The full dust drum can be changed without interruption of the operation. The cleaning air will be returned to the DeDuster, after passing through an inline filter. The system was designed to clean very high contaminated regrind efficiently. Regrinds with dust loads of 20% and more will be cleaned to dust loads below 1%. Low investing costs, and low service costs provides fast return on investment. Recyclingsystem is simple to operate and easy to maintain.
