Unique: the improved dipping bottles and immersion cylinders
from Bürkle
The glass dipping bottle, for taking samples in sewage treatment works and for testing liquid lubricants, is now equipped with Easy-Click, the safe and practical closure for rapid bottle exchange. In anticipation of future EU directives we no longer use toxic lead.
The dipping bottle Ex, for flammable and highly flammable liquids, is made from non-sparking brass with a robust carrying handle. We no longer use a lead jacket for it. The new screw-off bottle head allows easier cleaning.
With the new immersion cylinder Target liquid samples can be accurately collected from a specific target point. It is lowered on a tension-proof and sealed tube. When it reaches the target an air valve is opened which ventilates and fills the immersion cylinder.
The improved immersion cylinder impresses with its new one-cable operation, with which the cylinder can easily be lowered. The immersion cylinder is primarily used in the crude oil sector. Easy cleaning is also guaranteed by the screw-off upper part.
With its small diameter of 32mm the mini-immersion cylinder has been specially developed for sampling liquids at locations that are narrow or where access is difficult.
The dipping bottles and immersion cylinders are lowered to the target point in the liquid using a lowering cable and accelerated by a heavy weight.
