Russell Finex showcase filtration and sieving solutions for industrial processing industry at Pumps & Valves 2016

Pumps & Valves is a Belgian exhibition which brings together producers of industrial processing equipment and companies from various markets like the cosmetics, food, chemicals and pharmaceutical industries. Russell Finex, exhibiting at stand D4070, will be presenting three innovative solutions which can deliver significant improvements to your production line.

Due to its versatility the Finex 22™ remains one of the most popular vibrating screening machines on the market. It is capable of accurate grading of powders or granules but can also be used for simple safety screening. This screener is fully portable and one unit can therefore be used in multiple locations in your facility. This powerful screening machine outperforms conventional 48” spring mounted vibrating separators resulting in a higher productivity.

The Russell Liquid Solid Separator™ is an optimal solution when removing solids from liquid slurries. This centrifugal separator reduces loss of good product resulting in a reduction of costs. As the unit is capable of handling high flow rates of up to 100,000 l/h, productivity can be substantially increased.

The Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter® is a totally enclosed liquid filter which removes contamination and provides continuous filtration down to 10 micron. Due to its unique self-cleaning design, using the SpiroKlene™ wiper system, there is no need for stoppages or slowing of throughputs. This has a positive effect on production rates and a decrease in costs which are caused by downtime, wasted product and replacing filter media.

The 16th edition of the exhibition will be held on the 20th - 21st of April 2016 at the Antwerp Expo in Antwerp, Belgium.
