Qimarox underscores PPMA membership by participating in the
Qimarox has joined the Processing & Packaging Machinery Association (PPMA), the UK trade association for suppliers of processing and packaging machinery. Membership provides the producer of palletising modules and vertical transport systems additional opportunities to gain a leading position in the important UK market. Qimarox wishes to underscore this ambition with a prominent stand at the PPMA Show, the world-renowned trade fair of the PPMA, which will take place from 29 September to 1 October 2015, in Birmingham.
Qimarox is a global supplier of unique components for material handling and end-of-line packaging systems, which in practice have proven that high capacity and flexibility can go together with low operating costs and a high degree of durability. Qimarox’s machines and systems are characterised by a compact, modular design and high degree of standardisation, reducing the cost of purchase, installation and maintenance to a minimum. Qimarox’s palletisers and product elevators can now be found in the end-of-line packaging systems of renowned manufacturers of consumer products on every continent.
One of Quimarox’s most successful innovations is the Highrunner mk7, a palletising module that combines the advantages of a palletiser robot with the speed and capacity of a traditional palletiser. The undisputed eye-catcher at the PPMA Show in 2015 will be the Prorunner mk5, an elegant product lift that can transport products both up and down and that can be used as a vertical sorting system. For vertical pallet transport, Qimarox has both a 2-column (Prorunner mk9) and a 4-column (Prorunner mk10) pallet lift. The Prorunner mk10 is a robust product lift that can lift pallets weighing up to 2000 kg up to ten metres.
Prominent trade fair
Quimarox’s membership of the PPMA underlines its ambition to gain a leading position in the UK processing and packaging machinery market. The PPMA organises a prominent annual trade fair, which will take place from 29 September to 1 October in Birmingham in 2015. As a new PPMA member, Qimarox will be prominently present at this well attended fair.
In addition, the PPMA publishes an overview of process and packaging machinery suppliers every autumn – the industry bible – and publishes a widely read trade journal every two months under the name ‘Machinery Update’. In addition to all these opportunities to come into contact with companies that are looking for packaging machines, the PPMA is also an excellent platform for making contacts and cooperating due to its more than 400 other members. In short, the PPMA offers Qimarox even better access to the interesting UK market.
