SMC launches the new flexible two in one TQ tubing series
SMC, the world’s leading pneumatics provider, has launched a two in one tube that is capable of transferring chemicals effectively, providing customers with a complete solution in terms of durability and design flexibility.
The double layered TQ Series has an internal fluoropolymer layer that is highly chemical resistant to a vast range of products and an external abrasion resistant nylon resin, prolonging the tube’s operating life. The internal structure of the tube also has an exceptionally smooth surface finish, effectively washing away fluid residue and reducing the amount of cleaning solvents required, all leading to sustained cost savings.
Another design feature of the TQ Series sees both layers being extruded together, removing the need for peeling and offering a quick and easy assembly.
The TQ can fit tight narrow spaces and is ideal for applications such as transferring ink to a printer, cleaning solvent to a washing machine and bonding agent or lubricating liquid to a machine tool.
