AMNI shredding machines for recycling applications - now at BHS-Sonthofen

Following the insolvency of AMNI Maschinenbau GmbH in Iserlohn, BHS-Sonthofen has acquired all the technical designs, documents, patent rights and trademark rights for AMNI’s recycling products as well as the remaining inventory effective from December 12, 2013. AMNI manufactured rotor shears and granulators of various sizes for the treatment of electronic waste, tires, cables, refuse-derived fuels and other materials. AMNI’s shredding technology is founded on many years of experience, and the machines are in use with numerous customers. They are robust and easy to maintain, and have several patented advantages as well.

AMNI recycling customers can obtain spare parts and service from BHS-Sonthofen from now on. For BHS-Sonthofen, this attractive acquisition rounds off its existing product range. In addition to its crushing machines which have been on the market for years and which use impact and shear forces (e.g. Rotorshredder, Rotor Impact Mill), BHS can now also deliver cutting shredding technology. Both processes have specific advantages for certain applications. BHS can thus offer its customers reliable and well-engineered solutions in further application markets such as tires, cables and refuse-derived fuels. This also applies to complete plant solutions.
