New General Manager at Parker Hannifin Netherlands
After over 30 years of dedicated service Herman Schutte will no longer be employed by Parker Hannifin Netherlands by the end of May 2014. For almost 11 years now, Herman has been the General Manager of Sales Company Netherlands and under his guidance and leadership the Sales Company has grown from 80 to almost 200 employees and sales have three folded. Herman Schutte has particularly contributed significantly to the growth that Parker has made in the field of building complete systems in the Netherlands. Production of hydraulic and pneumatic systems in the Netherlands is now at such a high level that The Netherlands have been certified by the Parker worldwide organization as a Global Competence Center.
As his successor Parker has appointed Freddy Eggengoor, who is acting as General Manager since January 1st 2014. Freddy Eggengoor joined Parker Netherlands in 1994 as a Pneumatics Sales Engineer. Since then he has executed several sales functions, such as Key Account Manager, Customer Service Manager, Sales Manager Automation and Sales Manager Hydraulics & Systems. Since 2006 Freddy has been acting as the Sales Company Netherlands Country Sales Manager. During his 20 years of service Freddy has gone through all stages of Parker`s sales activities and he has brought the commercial organization to a higher level. The appointment of Freddy as General Manager perfectly fits in the transition that Parker has started to become a more customer and market oriented company.
