Sweco Announces Acquisition of Ecutec Barcelona S.L.
Florence, KY (August 17, 2007) Sweco, A Business Unit of M-I L.L.C., today announced its recent acquisition of Ecutec Barcelona S.L., a company that specializes in classifying, coating and grinding fine and ultra-fine powders. Ecutec provides complete integrated turnkey systems as well as precision, stand-alone equipment.
