The world of filtration and separation will come to Wiesbaden for FILTECH 2013 from 22-24 October to catch up on filtration and separation innovations and equipment as well as related cutting edge products and services. FILTECH successfully extended its range and features many closely associated industries, among these were adhesive applications, activated carbon, plasma treatment technologies, cutting, ultrasonic welding and sewing innovations as textile machinery. FILTECH 2013 will feature 300 exhibitors from all over the world and will be accompanied by a three day conference. One and a half years before the Show more than 75% of the scace is already booked reflecting the positive market development in the F&S sector.
With an encouraging increase of exhibitors by 46% and visitors by 38% in 2011, FILTECH reaffirms its claim to be the largest special interest event world-wide devoted to filtration and separation technology. 56% of the visitors travelled to Wiesbaden from outside Germany to learn what’s new in the market, making FILTECH an intercultural experience. (Western Europe 28%, Asia 10%, Eastern Europe 9%, North/South Amercia 5%, Middle East 4%).
But it is not only these figures that added up to the success of FILTECH: The exhibition is accompanied by a three day conference during which the latest advances and techniques in liquid/solid and gas/particle separation are presented and discussed. More than 180 papers will be presented to delegates from all over the world, a truly international audience. For three days, Wiesbaden will be the platform of knowledge for all filtration and separation related topics.
