Case Study after 3 Years Dolomite Quarry Rump & Salzmann, a company operating a Dolomite quarry in Uehrde, Germany, asked ScrapeTec Trading for suggestions to solve a dust and spillage issue at the transfer chute between crasher and conveyor belt. Aside from the loss of material the area had to be maintained and constantly cleaned. Although testing a great variation of different sealings, none of the tested products was able to solve the problem. Finally Mr Schridde, Technical Director at Rump & Salzmann, got in touch with ScrapeTec Trading and invited Wilfried Dünnwald to have a first hand impression of the situation on site.
