The CU 120 is a new and innovative in-line solution designed to ensure the quality of each individual tablet, by combining two main control methods: API’s fraction and weight. The CU-120 analyses individual dosage from each single tablet up to a speed of 120.000 tablets per hour. The data can be used to control an upstream process application, e. g. a tablet press, continuous mixer in a QbD (Quality by Design) approach and all non-compliant products will be rejected. Equipment for sample collection - new at Keyser & Mackay

Taking samples of bulk materials easy or comfortable in production or laboratory Keyser & Mackay has extended the range of equipment for bulk solid handling. The user in lab and production will find various kind of products for sample collection such as simple tools to take a sample from a batch as well as equipment for inline installation. A new development is a sampler for the inline process. Full bore of the pipe is available for powder flow in between taking samples. It does not jam during use and can be either manually or pneumatically operated and is suitable for GMP demands.
