On 3 September 2012, the ”Deutscher Schüttgut-Industrie Verband” was founded in Walluf.
The two areas for which the association would like to stand are, on the one hand, the companies and, on the other hand, the individual persons who deal with bulk solids. The association organises advantages for both. Companies find in the association the protection and promotion of their interests vis-à-vis institutions and the economy as a whole. They receive a platform for communication and the exchange of opinions and experiences. The qualification, information and further training of junior staff, specialists and managers is a priority concern of the association.
