RAFAK240 & RAFAK160 Circular Air Knives
to remove adhering moisture, disperse viscous layers, remove dust and waste, RAFAK240 & RAFAK160 Round Air Knives The powerful, elongated airflow of an air knife (also called a blower knife or air squeegee) can be used to remove adhering moisture, disperse viscous layers, remove dust and waste, cool, and separate two rooms/process conditions. Features and Benefits of FIKTECH Air Knives & Air Cannons An effective way to blow, dry, cool, and clean, among other things. Easily adjustable and controllable (with compressed air or a side channel fan/blower). Evenly distributed airflow, high speeds (up to 200 m/s) and blow-off force. Material: Aluminum and stainless steel 304/316. Standard and special lengths available. Straight and round versions. Easy to assemble, no moving parts, virtually wear-resistant. Fiktech recently supplied these Low Pressure Air Knives for dry blowing round pipes before a coating is applied.

Fiktech expands range of Vibrating Bin Aerators
The range of Vibrating Bin Aerators (also called: fluidization discs, aeration pads, aeration discs) from Fiktech has been expanded. New options for external mounting of the entire aerator disk series were introduced. The triple action of FIKTECH’s Vibrating Bin Aerators (also called: fluidization disc, aeration pad, aeration disc) improves the transportation of various bulk products. Thanks to the design, no specific air pressure is required to aerate the product. Is suitable for all products - including foodstuffs - and is standard equipped with a stainless steel 304 core. The common AFI aeration disc (fluidization disc) has a diameter of Ø 104 mm and a stainless steel core. The smaller version AFI-M with a diameter of Ø 52 mm is now also available, with silicone disc and stainless steel core. In addition, a blue 104 mm and orange HT version - temperature up to 230°C. Very interesting are the new options for external mounting of the entire series of aeration discs.

state-of-the-art cleaning of surfaces with FPPA-50 Fiktech B.V. introduces state-of-the-art cleaning of surfaces with the Pneumatic Pulsation Blow-off Gun FPPA-50
state-of-the-art cleaning of surfaces with FPPA-50
Fiktech B.V. introduces state-of-the-art cleaning of surfaces with the Pneumatic Pulsation Blow-off Gun FPPA-50 The easiest technique to remove dust, dirt and moisture from surfaces is to blow off with clean compressed air. Because there is no physical contact with the object, damage is prevented. This cleaning method is mainly based on impact / collision (impulse effect = mass x velocity) of small particles on a surface. Other important influencing factors when cleaning surfaces with air include: Mechanical action (movement) and Duration. Depending on the object to be cleaned, blow guns and air knives can be used, which provide a continuous air flow. Strongly adhering solids and liquids can therefore not always be removed effectively with these tools. Fiktech now supplies an ingenious alternative for these challenging situations: the Pneumatic Pulsation Blow-off Gun FPPA-50. This innovative device is equipped with a rapidly rotating nozzle (approx. 20 revolutions / sec.), and delivers a very effective pulsating wide air jet with high intensity that breaks the pollution, as…

Fiktech supports Sybrandy by word and deed
Fiktech supplied two LP (low pressure) air knives with a length of 1,600 mm with associated side channel blowers to remove fine blasting shot material in the baking molds of Sybrandy. Sybrandy was founded in 1928 as a machine factory and since then has focused entirely on blasting, spraying and dust extraction technology. Sybrandy delivers the complete layout and all surface engineering disciplines in a new or existing building. The company takes care of the complete construction, including supervision from the quotation process to delivery with all the necessary fittings and cabins. In 2014 Sybrandy was acquired by the Airblast Group. The Airblast Group was founded in 1974 and has been one of the largest distributors for the Middle and Far East region for more than 40 years. With the Airblast Group acquisition, Sybrandy has gained access to an even larger network of distributors worldwide, enabling further international growth. There are several ways to give the blasting agent the desired speed and direction. Many automatic blasting systems are based on the vacuum injection blasting process. The advantage of this principle is a continuous supply…

Vortex Cabinet Cooling from Fiktech
Vortex Control cabinet cooling from Fiktech means opting for a real industrial solution. The right choice of control cabinet cooling pays for itself in hard euros Failure / malfunction of switch boxes, distribution boxes, control boxes, etc. has major consequences for every industrial company. Machines come to a standstill, costs continue. No or poorly selected cooling is a common cause. Fiktech B.V. has been supplying effective solutions for conditioning control cabinets based on Vortex coolers for critical applications worldwide for over 15 years. Recently, another problem with an air conditioner for the conditioning of a stainless steel control cabinet - installed in the production area of a food company - was solved. Advanced saltwater testing has shown that condensers with an anti-corrosion coating last up to eight times longer than condensers without that coating. Such a rust-resistant layer is not a luxury, especially in an industrial environment where aggressive vapors are present. However, even then it is only a matter of time before malfunctions occur in an air conditioner. The FIKTECH Vortex Coolers…

This summer, Fiktech was approached by Blachère Illumination SAS with the request to provide a solution to the cooling problem associated with robotic printing with biodegradable plastics. Blachère has been producing lighting ornaments for public spaces in several countries for 45 years. Traditionally, these ornaments are constructed from aluminum rod and tube material. On the one hand, this production method is expensive and time-consuming, and on the other it is harmful to the environment. For these reasons, after a great deal of research and a substantial investment, the company has recently switched to a highly innovative production concept: Bioprint. The plastic granulate required for this process originates from a bio-based sugar cane without GMO, which is converted into dehydrated bioethanol in a French laboratory. When the granulate arrives at the workshop, it is dyed with clean dyes and this material is then sprayed onto a flat surface using 3D printers…
