Albrecht Ingenieurbüro GmbH is the manufacturer of the "PULSOR" - discharge aids for bulk solids and filter dusts and has been specialising for more than 30 years in reliably eliminating discharge problems in silos and dust bunkers.

In contrast to other aeration systems, the patented Pulsors work with short compressed air pulses in quick succession, which are blown into the bulk material at high pressure. A metal-sealing non-return valve prevents dust from entering the nozzles from outside.

The Pulsors combine the advantages of several principles in one device: a uniform fluidization by homogeneous air injection, a powerful shock effect on caking and blockages and the loosening vibration of the bulk material by a pulsating air cushion generated by the Pulsors. The devices are extremely robust and easy to install from the outside. The hardened and temperature-resistant pulsation nozzles can also be used in dust bunkers of incineration plants without any problems.

The application range of the Pulsors covers all silos with cohesive products in the building material and chemical industry as well as dust filters in power plants and waste incineration plants.
