In the field of silo technology, the flow and storage behavior of bulk solids is determined on the basis of laboratory tests carried out in-house. Based on this, a process engineering silo design is carried out to solve the usual silo problems such as: Funnel flow, arching, segregation, shooting, silo quakes or eccentric flow. They also determine the paramters acc. EN1991-4.

In the field of pneumatic conveying, they design pneumatic conveying systems or, if necessary, carry out pneumatic conveying tests. They evaluate existing systems with a view to increasing performance, reducing the number of closures or optimizing energy efficiency.

In addition, they will carry out annual training courses (German & English) on silo technology and pneumatic conveying.
