This report presents the successful pellets suction operation for a sugar manufacturer using rope access and vacuum suction technology. As a leading company in the field of rope access technology, we have carried out a large-scale pellets suction operation for a major sugar manufacturer. The goal was to separate contaminated pellets from the good material. Our rope access specialists have safely accessed the pellet material using rope access techniques and gently suctioned the contaminated pellets with our Vactrailer. From a total material quantity of 30,000 tons, we were able to successfully remove approximately 120 tons of contaminated pellets. The advantage of our rope access method is that we can also work in difficult and hard-to-reach areas. The problematic mold growth in the sugar industry is a well-known problem.
