These installations combine efficiency and precision, guaranteeing a consistent end product. Integrated Liquid Dosing In addition to mixing the dry components, Poeth has also fully integrated the liquid dosing into the mixing line. The system is equipped with orbitally welded double-walled pipes, mass flow meters, and hygienic pumps, ensuring optimal hygiene and reliability. Both single shaft paddle mixers, are provided with a heated jacket and adjustable mixing retention time. Dust-Free Pneumatic Transport The raw materials are transported by three separate pneumatic transport systems, which deliver all components to the mixing lines in a dust-free and weighing controlled manner via gravimetric feeders. The pneumatic conveying is provided with air coolers and air dryers. The installation took place during a short shutdown period

Three huge cooling screw heat exchangers with a diameter of 800 mm for a HVC drinking water treatment plant Poeth Solids Processing is currently busy with the construction of a turnkey project for HVC drinking water treatment plant Alkmaar in the Netherlands. Last month our professionals have been busy producing 3 huge cooling screw heat exchangers with a diameter of 800 mm. Our test facility in Tegelen, together with a mathematical model, forms the basis for the final design of the cooling screw heat exchangers. On-site installation is currently underway. The screw heat exchangers are widely used in circular projects. Many valuable waste streams are dried and come out of a dryer at a high temperature. After drying, the product often needs to be cooled back down so that it can be safely filled e.g. a silo, big-bag or bulk truck.
