Digital access creates sustainability

Many customers nowadays prefer their documentation in digital form and many printed copies end up in the garbage. With the digitization of documents and easy access to the website, we are also reducing our paper consumption by 100,000 printed A4 pages and around 6,000 plastic sleeves. However, we will continue to provide the documentation in printed form on request. Special documentation will continue to be sent by email, these articles will not receive a QR code.

Review of the documentation

The JACOB technical department has revised and partially supplemented the entire documentation. The documentation has now been reorganized: after the assembly instructions and the declaration of incorporation, the data sheet follows. Please note that the new documentation applies to all products manufactured from January 1st, 2022. The old documentation applies to products that were manufactured before updating.

We have adapted our ATEX documentation to the applicable guidelines. If you have any questions, please contact the technical department.
