Reliable dual frequency UHF and NFC RFID labels
With a single label, companies can improve product and item supply chain management, authentication and end-user engagement.

Improve product supply, engagement and authentication

Track, trace, and engage with almost any item or product via a single, reliable and industrial-grade label with dual frequency UHF and NFC RFID technology. Locate multiple items at once from a distance and access additional information up close. Easily add more data anywhere, including birth and maintenance records, shipment dates, product manuals, authentication data and warranty information.

Provide an extended product reality

Simply tap the label with an NFC enabled smartphone to read and write data. All products or items with a dual frequency RFID label can enable entire supply chains to participate in track & trace programmes, from part manufacturing, assembly, logistics and distribution to installers, maintenance and end-users. Data added may include codes, links to online information or to documents stored in databases.

Fast inventory management

Multiple labelled products and items can be counted and identified at once from a distance up to 11 metres with portable or fixed UHF RFID readers. Signals ignore line of sight to considerably increase inventory management speed and flexibility. Relevant traceability data can also be accessed quickly per scanned item, and scanners can guide professionals to the right items.

Case Study: Drive forklift picking efficiency with RFID labels
Custom RFID labels and integrated forklift scanners RFID can help locate forklifts quickly. This considerably increases the efficiency and effectiveness of any large warehouse with forklifts. Internal logistics control is still often based on pen and paper and print-outs from WMS and ERP. These time-consuming procedures cost a lot of money, have numerous disadvantages and entail inefficient operations, such as the incorrect placing of products and random driving around of forklifts. So how to get rid of these, while staying in control of ongoing operations? Read how Brady solved the challenge. Custom RFID labels and integrated forklift scanners RFID can help locate forklifts quickly. Location detection can take place in real time and continuously, or at crucial places such as zone changes, or when items are scanned, picked up and dropped off. The data generated enable pick-up and drop-off location control, efficient route calculation and route registration. On top of that, forklifts can also be equipped with detection equipment to read RFID packaging labels on your warehouse pallets, boxes or containers. Brady can supply its L-2588-26B UHF packaging

Fast, paperless asset safety inspections (Case Study)
A very large chemicals processer increased the efficiency of asset safety inspections with inspection templates and automated reporting using Brady’s reliable Unitags and SafeTrak software. Challenges: Easily manage thousands of asset inspections A large chemical processing plant was keeping track of asset inspections on paper. With thousands of ladders, handrails and floor gratings on the list of assets that need regular safety inspection, the paper trail became exceedingly complex and time intensive to manage. The plant was already using Brady’s Unitag to communicate which assets were inspected, and deemed safe, or out of use. To keep employees safe and the facility compliant in an efficient way, a solution was needed to replace time-consuming handwritten inspection reports. Solutions: A digital asset inspection trail Brady proposed the SafeTrak software to replace the entire inspection paper trail with an online tool. All assets that need inspection can be set up in SafeTrak to make inspection planning and follow-up a lot more practical. Asset inspections can be planned at regular intervals, and to each type of asset a standard or custom inspection

PrintFace: highlights that it`s about protecting people
PrintFace: a complete padlock personalisation, up to printing coworkers` pictures directly on their padlocks, to highlight that Lockout/Tagout is about protecting people. Safety is personal A Lockout/Tagout padlock is often the last obstacle to prevent a premature machine energisation, and a potential maintenance accident with impact on professionals and on their personal lives. To strongly highlight that Lockout/Tagout padlocks protect people, Brady Corporation now offers PrintFace: a complete padlock personalisation, up to printing coworkers` pictures directly on their padlocks. Personal padlocks By printing a face on padlocks, each Lockout/Tagout padlock can clearly show who it is protecting. PrintFace will help deter padlock tampering and will highlight that safety is very personal. Removing padlocks in Lockout/Tagout should only be done by the padlock owner, who is shown on the lock. Team leaders, or a site safety manager, can step in if necessary, by following an agreed on procedure that maintains safety. Next to adding a picture, other personalisation options are available including adding a company logo, serial number,
