F110 - Inductive measuring systems for absolute position detection
The travel measuring systems can be used to detect the position of metal objects at a distance of 350 mm in an absolute, non-contact and highly precise manner. They are highly suitable for demanding positioning tasks, such as those required in tool and die engineering. The inductive travel measuring systems can easily handle applications in rough industrial conditions where vertical swing of the object must not affect the accuracy of the measuring result, for example.
Characteristics of F90 and F110 travel measuring systems:
• Absolute and non-contact travel measurement.
• Very high resolution (0,125 mm) and reproducibility.
• Inductive working principle.
• Integrated signal function, when the object moves out of the sensing range.
• Analogue current or voltage output (4 mA … 20 mA, 0 V … 10 V).
• Optional limit value monitoring by means of two additional teach-in switching points.
• Measuring area: 80 mm, 104 mm, 120 mm, 200 mm or 350 mm.
• Minimum temperature drift between -25 °C and +70 °C.
• Compact design with M12 connector and 10.2 cm to 38.5 cm in length.
• Flexible installation by means of slot nuts or fastening screws.
