Design and Functionality
The GRANOMAT JP Disk Mill operates on the stator-rotor principle, featuring a fixed and a rotating disk. This design allows for efficient milling or rubbing of materials. The mill processes grains from 3 mm down to an ultrafine 10 μm, using appropriate disks. It offers a throughput capacity ranging from 1 to 3000 kg/h, depending on the input material, desired grinding fineness, and machine model.
Three machine variants are currently available, differing by disk size:
a. GRANOMAT JP 150
b. GRANOMAT JP 250
c. GRANOMAT JP 360
Applications
