Certification and Calibration for Test Sieves
NEXOPART provides Certification and Calibration for test sieves, available on-site or at the factory. This service includes measuring test sieves using a BSA measuring system for the 20μm−2.0 mm range and a caliper gauge for mesh/hole widths >2.0 mm. These processes adhere to standards such as ISO 3310-1, ISO 3310-2, and ASTM E11. The on-site service is available in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg (GER, AU, CH, BE, NL, LUX).
Maintenance and Commissioning for Test Sieve Machines
Maintenance and commissioning are offered for Vibratory Test Sieve Shakers (NEXOPART EML-Series), Air Jet Sieve Machines (NEXOPART e200 LS), and Rotary Sieve Shakers (W.S. Tyler RO-TAP® RX-29 CE). Maintenance includes visual inspection, function checks, test runs, and Acceptance Test Certificates 3.1. Repairs are conducted exclusively at the factory, involving problem localization, cost estimates, component replacement after client consultation, and final calibration. Commissioning and training in accordance with GMP are available on-site and cover installation, connection, testing (e.g., IQ/OQ documentation), and employee training. On-site service for these machines covers GER, AU, CH, BE, NL, LUX.
Support for Dynamic Image Analyzer CPA 2-1
Services for the NEXOPART CPA 2-1 Dynamic Image Analyzer are available worldwide. Commissioning and Training include setting up the hardware and software, providing instruction, and offering specialized employee training. Maintenance and Calibration for the laboratory device are available on-site or at the factory, while for the online device, they are only available on-site. This includes visual inspection, function check, system test runs, software updates (if necessary), and calibration checks using calibrated measuring equipment, with results documented in an inspection certificate 3.1.
