In the best case the conveyor system manufacturer Dorner is already involved in the conception of new production plants for its customers. This happened with a Hungarian poultry processor who planned a completely new poultry slaughterhouse which is implemented now.
After initial contacts in March of this year with following project discussions, Dorner was able to provide some technical advices from Jülich with high values for the customer.
In addition to the right plant design, the high hygienic requirements for the plant were very important. After the poultry has been slaughtered and sliced, the poultry has been transported with a Dorner stainless conveyor to the next processing step.
The selected AquaPruf 7400 Ultimate belt conveyors are not only particularly strong also they have optimal hygienic properties: among other things, a continuous WIG welded 304 stainless steel frame, FDA-approved components, tool-free assembly for cleaning as well as the selection of the motor with protection class IP 65.
A plant section for poultry meat production has been completed and is already producing for the European market. Further plant components will be completed step by step. There, in addition to the five running conveyors, at least 9 further stainless steel belt conveyors are used.
