Strategic Expansion and Site Consolidation
The production facilities previously used at the headquarters will be taken over by the sister company, Bückmann Lohnaufbereitung GmbH & Co. KG. The well-known bulk material toller requires these in order expand its capacities for growing needs in screening, mixing, grinding, compacting and filling on a contract basis.
Precision Manufacturing for Custom Fabric Solutions
On the other hand, the new production facilities will be used for tensioning screen frames and assemble state-of-the-art plastic and metal fabrics. Various manufacturing methods enable flexible and precise processing – from individual custom-made products starting at one piece to larger series.
Versatile Engineering for Diverse Industrial Needs
The new halls have been designed to meet the market requirements of the food, animal feed and hygiene industries. Of course, industries such as stone/earth/minerals, wood and plastics, as well as chemicals, can also be served optimally. This wide industry focus enables Bückmann to respond to a large range of needs and offer customer-specific solutions.
Advanced Bonding and Fabrication Techniques
The range of services includes the tensioning of new and used screen frames using various fixing techniques, from tailored adhesive technology to soldering and welding processes. In addition, Bückmann offers the manufacturing of plastic fabrics using methods such as sewing, gluing and high-frequency welding. Metal fabrics are also processed individually according to customer requirements. With this focus, Bückmann covers a wide range of requirements relating to screen technology and fabric processing.
A Commitment to Local Talent and Sustainability
Around 20 employees work at the new production site, including several newly hired specialists who specifically strengthen the team. In addition to state-of-the-art production technology, the company attaches great importance to sustainability. The new halls have an environmentally friendly energy supply that supports sustainable and resource-saving use.
