Pioneering the Future: Scrapetec at bauma 2025
Strong interest, global partnerships, and effective dust protection solutions – ScrapeTec is making waves at bauma Munich 2025
ScrapeTec reflects on a highly successful trade fair experience. The company showcased its innovative dust protection solutions for conveyor systems, drawing considerable attention and foot traffic to its booth. The strong interest was further amplified by the impactful LinkedIn presence of Thorsten Koth, ScrapeTec’s specialist for dust protection in conveyor applications.
A key highlight was the focus on mining, which attracted a wide audience of industry professionals. Central to ScrapeTec’s presentation was its flagship product – Airscrape– a contactless conveyor skirting system designed for transfer points. This conveyor belt sealing system is now in use around the globe and continues to generate growing demand. This was confirmed by ScrapeTec’s international partner Javier from ISC Ingenieria del Sur in Peru, who provided strong support to the ScrapeTec team on-site.
Beyond technical innovation, ScrapeTec effectively communicated the broader benefits of its Skirt Sealing Systems. These include significant cost savings through reduced downtime, fewer conveyor stoppages, and minimized maintenance. Moreover, health and safety considerations—often overlooked—were brought to the forefront. Dust emissions, material spillage, cleaning costs, equipment wear, and health-related risks at transfer points are pressing challenges in industries such as mining, gypsum, and cement production.
ScrapeTec’s effective solutions address these challenges by offering cutting-edge, contact-free sealing technology that improves both operational efficiency and workplace safety. As bauma 2025 moves into its second half, ScrapeTec looks forward to further engaging with industry leaders and continuing the momentum of productive conversations.
