revamped Spido2B and Aquados

Save water, time and energy

Aquados is the ideal solution for accurate water mixing and dosing. This precise dosing and temperature control is based on both calculated and measured values, guaranteeing dosing tolerances of ± 0.5 L per production batch at a final temperature of ± 0.5 ° C. Compared to conventional water dosing systems, Aquados reduces pre-run by as much as 90%. This results in shorter production times and delivers huge water and energy savings, up to 100 MJ (± 30 kWh) per measuring point, per day. Aquados combined with the Spido2B dosing algorithm, makes it virtually possible to minimize or eliminate pre-runs, and as such reducing water losses to a strict minimum.

Versatile and user friendly

Spido2B is a batch dosing and control system that meets all the needs of the modern bakery industry. The whole operation, from recipe control and production planning, to alarm management and process visualization, is done by means of a user friendly and ergonomic touchscreen. Combined with the basic dosing point control, Spido2B can be extended with functions for manual or automatic addition of small ingredients, water dosing with temperature calculation as well as a batch follow-up system. Furthermore, an additional ‘track and trace’ module can be fitted in accordance with the general food law (General Food Law). Spido2B can optionally be linked to most ERP systems, giving the user a precise control and registration of the various baking processes.
