Staff scheduling solution expanded with a link to SAP HR and SAP Payroll
Ortec has expanded its staff scheduling solution Harmony with a certified link to SAP HR and SAP Payroll. The link is powered by SAP Netweaver and ensures full integration, enabling organizations working with SAP to use the power of advanced scheduling support to make staff rosters.
The interface ensures that employee data from SAP HR become available in Harmony . Leave requests and illness reports recorded in SAP are constantly synchronized with the shift roster in Harmony . At the end of each roster period, HARMONY provides the number of hours worked to SAP Payroll to ensure correct salary processing. The separate portal integration enables staff to enter their working hour requirements via the SAP portal.
