Rombouts Food International, a frozen products dealer and manufacturer, wants to increase the efficiency of its operations through the short-term implementation of three ORTEC scheduling systems. These are the staff scheduling system HARMONY, the scheduling and routing system SHORTREC and the load optimization system LoadDesigner. “These systems provide us with the tools to take work off people’s hands and get more work done with the same number of people,” said director John Rombouts.
“By improving our efficiency and effectiveness in this way, we will also improve the quality of our services and customer satisfaction. This will enable us to grow and remain a step ahead of the competition,” says John Rombouts.
