We have been developing and producing control and automation components for nearly 50 years and have extensive knowledge and experience in industrial network technology (fieldbus technology). Solutions for dedusting technology

Filter control systems from AXXERON HESCH are used either for automated jet pulse cleaning by means of compressed air blasts or mechanical vibration cleaning (shaker filters) in industrial dedusting systems. From small controllers for bunker top filters and industrial extractors to large filter system controllers such as those used in cement and power plants - we have a wide range of products and offer the right product for every application.

Control systems from HESCH feature valve monitoring, cyclical cleaning and post-cleaning. The HE 5760 filter control is a CAN-based controller specifically designed for chamber-oriented dedusting systems. Highly adaptable With the HE 5760, AXXERON HESCH offers the industry a master-slave system for large-scale plants, where the required slave controllers are connected to the master control via fieldbus based on the plant size. The flexible design accommodates nearly any desired number of filter chambers and valves. This allows the system to be custom-configured and pre-assembled up to the valve connector. Plant operators benefit from significantly reduced commissioning times and costs. Intuitive configuration Configuration of the HE 5760 is simple and requires no programming. Instead, it is done through function selection. Parameters can be quickly and easily set using AXXERON HESCH’s SmartTool PC software or via the control menu. Scalable The HE 5760 can control up to 576 valves through up to 48 slave controllers, each managing up to 12 valves (e.g., the HE 5725 model). Up to three measuring channels with freely selectable measuring ranges in a single housing: this is what the new multiple differential pressure transducer from HESCH offers. All settings on the HE 5413 are conveniently made using the ”EasyTool Controls 4.0” software from AXXERON HESCH electronics. Typical areas of application for the multiple differential pressure transducer are filter and dust extraction technology, ventilation and building technology, valve and flap controls, clean room and laboratory technology as well as extraction systems and supply air monitoring systems of all kinds. In these applications, the pressure upstream and downstream of filter elements or the extraction pressure against the environment is recorded. In this way, a statement can be made about the degree of contamination of the filter or the performance of the extraction fan can be controlled. The multiple measuring transducer is also ideal for monitoring filter systems with three filter stages, such as fabric filters, police filters and carbon filters. Answers to these and other questions will be provided at the filter technology symposium ”all around filtration” organised by AXXERON HESCH electronics and Buschjost GmbH on 13 June 2024 in Würzburg. The new pilot valve box HE 5700 makes it possible: With immediate effect, the filter controls from HESCH can also be integrated as standard in dust extraction systems with pneumatic valves. Valve controls from HESCH ensure the optimum triggering of compressed air pulses on industrial dust extraction systems, thus enabling highly efficient filter cleaning. Until now, however, the controls could only be installed on systems with pneumatic valves by using special solutions. The reason was that there was no standardized housing solution for the required pilot valves. Now the HESCH engineers have developed a compact pilot valve box which is suitable for all dust extraction systems with pneumatic valves. This means that the pilot valves and the associated control system can be installed very easily – there is no need for costly special solutions. The pilot valve box fits perfectly into the new generation of modular valve controls from HESCH. It requires significantly less installation space and can be mounted directly near the cleaning valves. This saves users having to lay long compressed air hoses. HESCH is also the only manufacturer on the market
