A PENKO-designed industrial scale range for heavy duty environments. A multi-functional and highly accurate weighing system. Robust, fast and user-friendly. PENKO Bench scales are manufactured from stainless steel, type 304 with an integrated control panel. They also contain stainless steel load cells (type AISI 420) with an IP rating of 68/69K. Both the load cell and the electronics used are OIML certified. The scales include 4 height adjustable caster wheels and can be used for weight indication or piece counting as well as advanced versions. The manual filling / check weighing version shows a bar graph to indicate the correctness of the weight against the setpoint. The registration version makes it possible to register specific weighing data for further processing in e.g. spreadsheet program or ERP system. More than 45+ years of experience and expertise have gone into the development of the certifiable scales. Design details such as height adjustable feet, which are incorporated as a standard, demonstrate how much PENKO puts ease of use and steadiness as a priority in the new range. Precision and durability The scales well-shaped frame design is thoroughly tested by simulations as well as with actual weights, preventing it from bending under full load. Moreover, with the addition of load cell overload protection in all four corners of PENKO’s scales, unwanted shear forces are prevented which also extends the load cell’s life expectancy. User-friendliness The new line of bench scales also come with a useful accessories range which has been designed to enhance the user experience. These include the use of Data Reporter software for registering weighing data, a watertight, stainless steel stand with an integrated control panel, and an adjustable mobile support

PENKO’s Cloud Solutions are easily accessible solutions for uploading your data to a collective accessible platform. With our product, you can access the data at any time from any place. The Cloud Solutions can also monitor the efficiency of your machine and check-in on the status of your production process etc. Our Cloud Solutions require internet access. If internet access is already available, a Data Transfer module is used for uploading the data from your PENKO instrument to the remote platform. For places where no internet access exists, a Gateway can be coupled with the PENKO instrument for uploading your data to the cloud platform. The Data Transfer module also makes it possible to couple our Cloud Solutions with MQTT protocol. This protocol allows for a reliable and safe internet connection.
